Our Fees are charged in the following ways:

1) For all/any requests to a head concierge operative which can be arranged from our offices a fee of �10.00 + vat per hour is charged. You may place as many requests to the concierge operative as you wish. If he/she completes these request within the hour then you only pay for the hour charge and not per request.

E.g. You ask for a limousine for transport to/from your chosen location/destination, along with a reservation at a preferred restaurant, or one suggested by Head Concierge, a decorator to carry out work at your property and finishing your request with a tee time arranged for you at your chosen golf course. The above example should be completed within one hour, therefore a fee of �10.00+vat is charged

2) For all/any requests to a head concierge operative where he/she is working on your behalf away from their office (on location) a fee of �25.00+vat per hour is charged.

You may place as many requests to the concierge operative as you wish. If he/she completes these request within the hour then you only pay for the hour charge and not per request.

E.g. You request for an operative to wait at your property to accept a delivery, then for the operative to collect documents from a post office or any other destination and deliver them to you at you chosen location and also to collect shopping for you as so that your refrigerator and cupboards are stocked for when you return from a trip. The above example would be completed for you in the minimum time possible. Each request would be carried out in conjunction with each other and therefore charged at �25.00+vat per hour and not per request.
