I just wanted to write a quick note to commend you on your services and help and particularly for you to let both Kevin & Gary know how helpful they have been. They have done a great job on the bay window and in this day and age their manner and advice has been invaluable to me. As I myself work in estate agency it is rare these days that you find people that provide both an excellent service and perhaps go beyond their "remit"! I was invited to a function in London and called upon Head Concierge to arrange some assistance. I wanted to look and feel great. They arranged for a masseuse to visit my home where I had a pleasant aromatherapy massage followed by a deluxe facial, manicure and pedicure. I felt and looked great. I enjoyed my evening very much thanks to the assistance of Head Concierge.

Can't thank you enough for all your help and service during my stay , especially the toupe tape!!
